Angelique has a passion for helping her clients maintain optimal physical and mental wellbeing through progressive, goal based Pilates & movement programs. With a background in Personal Training, she understands the structure and importance of progressive programming.
Private mobile bookings available in Perth and surrounding suburbs, In Studio private and group classes from the beautiful sun drenched studio, The Yoga Room and Pilates, Scarborough and Aspire Gym, Osborne Park & City Beach.
All private bookings receive access to the Flow Haus Virtual Studio with a personalised weekly schedule to follow along in between your studio sessions. This will help to keep you accountable and stay goal focused.

Prenatal Reformer 8 week Program
When: Monday 9.30am
Where: The Yoga Room & Pilates, Scarborough
Included: 8 x prenatal reformer classes, weekly journaling, breathwork, meditation & at home Pilates and yoga classes via the Flow Haus Online Studio.
About: This program includes 1 weekly in studio prenatal reformer session, weekly at home Mat Pilates classes via Flow Haus Online, weekly journaling, breathwork and meditation. Designed to maintain strength in the pelvic floor & deep abdominals, function movements to prepare the body for labour and to stretch & mobilise the body to reduce pain and stiffness. We use mindfulness tools like journaling, breath work and meditation to connect and be fully present during each stage of pregnancy.
The most beautiful part of these sessions is connecting with other mums to be, discussing different stages of pregnancy, birth plans and recovery.

Postnatal Reformer 8 week Program

Where: The Yoga Room & Pilates, Scarborough
Included: 8 x reformer classes, weekly journaling, breathwork, meditation & at home mat pilates and yoga classes via the Flow Haus Online Studio.
About: This program includes 1 weekly in studio reformer sessions, at home Mat Pilates classes via Flow Haus Online, weekly journaling, breathwork and meditation classes online. Designed to regain strength in the pelvic floor & deep abdominals, to stretch & mobilise the body while gaining new mindfulness tools. We use journaling, breath work and meditation to reconnect to our bodies and practice self love all while deepening our bond with our little loves.
All babies are welcome however, pre crawling is most suitable. Please bring a baby mat, snacks and toys for bubs. We are feeding and changing friendly and program to include bubs in classes if need be.
