Angelique Innes
Hi, I'm Angelique, I'm a passionate pilates & movement specialist. I've been in the wellness industry for 8 years and my work as a Personal Trainer and Pilates Teacher has centred around empowering women to connect with their most confident and capable selves. I specialise in prenatal and postpartum and believe this is such a vulnerable time for women to potentially lose connection with their true selves. I help women to embrace the changes through the different phases of their cycles and seasons in life and I empower women through knowledge of the changes that are going on in their body and mind and how they can best move to honour that season. I work individually with women, with small groups, large corporate and recreational events and wellness retreats. I look forward to connecting with you, learning your story and working alongside the beautiful Alice to provide an unforgettably wholesome weekend away.
