When: Every Monday at 9.30am from August 18th to September 22nd

Included: 6 × 60 min in person mat Pilates classes, 6 × 45 min LIVE weekly at home mat pilates, full access for 6 weeks to Pilates and yoga, breath work, meditation classes and newsletter.

About: This program includes 6 x 60 min in studio Mat Pilates sessions, weekly LIVE at home Mat Pilates classes, weekly new yoga classes, breath work and meditation via Flow Haus Online.

Designed to regain and maintain strength in the pelvic floor & deep abdominals, to stretch & mobilise the body while gaining new mindfulness tools. We use breath work and meditation to reconnect to our bodies and practice self love all while deepening our bond with our little loves. * All stages of pregnancy are welcome to join :)

All babies are welcome however, pre crawling is most suitable.

We keep these classes flexible and social, class programs can be adjusted to include bubs when needed and we have a closed WhatsApp group for weekly communication and updates and social catch ups.

What to bring: BYO yoga mat, other equipment provided. As these classes are Bub friendly, optional items to bring for Bub are things like bouncers, prams, floor blankets, books, toys and snacks. We are a feeding and changing friendly environment so please bring anything that might assist you and Bub.

  • Class numbers are kept to a max of 15 people and require a minimum for 4 for each program to commence.
